Colour: Deep Burgundy
Nose: Slatey with hints of blackcurrant leaf, strong varietal character.
Palate: Savoury/earthy components jousting with the blackcurrant and cassis fruit with classic varietal tannin grip nicely balanced with acid. Good depth of flavour showing the concentration of the fruit.
Cellar: The wine will continue to develop with 10-15 years bottle maturation.
